Kashless Inc.

Apply for Senior Software Engineer / Ruby on Rails Hacker

Kashless.org is building the leading “ReCommerce” community and platform enabling person to person product reuse, sharing, lending, trade and other “cashless” transactions. By increasing reuse, Kashless.org will divert a significant amount of waste from the landfill and extend the useful life of many products. We're still a relatively small team, meaning very little bureaucracy and micromanagement. We work pretty independently, so independent work and leadership are pluses. The Company is fully funded and led by serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist Martin Tobias.

We’re looking for Ruby on Rails developers with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidates have 6+ years software development experience, and have seen projects through the complete software life-cycle; from design and development to testing and production deployment (and beyond).

We’ll give you a healthy base compensation with a significant performance bonus. And BIG monitors, flexible hours and full health benefits.

We are really looking for full-time employees, but will consider temp-to-perm or long-term contractors if you’re a close match and willing to work on-site with our team in lower Queen Anne in Seattle, WA.

Please apply through the link below. Filling out the survey will greatly increase your chances of being called in for an interview.
