Kashless.org is building the leading “ReCommerce” community and platform enabling person to person product reuse, sharing, lending, trade and other “cashless” transactions. By increasing reuse, Kashless.org will divert a significant amount of waste from the landfill and extend the useful life of many products. We're still a relatively small team, meaning very little bureaucracy and micromanagement. We work pretty independently, so independent work and leadership are pluses. We’re looking for Ruby on Rails developers with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidates have 6+ years software development experience, and have seen projects through the complete software life-cycle; from design and development to testing and production deployment (and beyond).
