Kashless.org has built the largest free market on earth. An ecommerce site in over 100 metro areas in the US where everything is free. By increasing reuse, Kashless.org will divert a significant amount of waste from the landfill, extend the useful life of many products and build local community. This is the next generation local e-commerce platform.

We're still a relatively small team, meaning very little bureaucracy and micromanagement. We work pretty independently, so demonstrated independent work and leadership are pluses. The Company is fully funded and led by serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist Martin Tobias.

We’re looking for Ruby on Rails developers with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidates have 6+ years software development experience, and have seen projects through the complete software life-cycle; from design and development to testing and production deployment (and beyond).

We’ll give you a healthy base compensation with a significant stock options. And BIG monitors, flexible hours and full health benefits.

We are looking for full-time only (no contractors please) in our lovely offices in lower Queen Anne in Seattle, WA.
