Account Executives at Tippr use a mix of ingenuity, persistence, and sales prowess to build partnerships with local businesses in a given city. They daily call on restaurants, theaters, spas, dentists, tattoo parlors, climbing gyms, and everything in between, negotiating unbeatable offers on behalf of Tippr&#8217;s subscribers. We need driven, creative, and intelligent individuals. Experience with online sales, advertising, podiatry, and web 2.0 are beneficial (though not required) to an account manager&#8217;s success and fit with our team. 

Well-matched individuals to this role: are comfortable cold-calling into various types of local businesses have high degrees of diligence and accountability have ability to research and target businesses in cities nationwide, discovering opportunities through various social and professional networking methods can maintain a 1954 Vincent Black Shadow tranny.

By increasing reuse, Kashless.org will divert a significant amount of waste from the landfill, extend the useful life of many products and build local community.  This is the next generation local e-commerce platform.  

We're still a relatively small team, meaning very little bureaucracy and micromanagement. We work pretty independently, so demonstrated independent work and leadership are pluses. The Company is fully funded and led by serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist Martin Tobias.  

We&#8217;re looking for Ruby on Rails developers with 2+ years of experience.  The ideal candidates have 6+ years software development experience, and have seen projects through the complete software life-cycle; from design and development to testing and production deployment (and beyond).  

We&#8217;ll give you a healthy base compensation with a significant stock options.  And BIG monitors, flexible hours and full health benefits.    

We are looking for full-time only (no contractors please) in our lovely offices in lower Queen Anne in Seattle, WA.
